		<description>I always liked Richard Simmons, I have to say, even when we had to exercise to his videos in high school.

One of the things I like the most is that unlike most fitness guru types, there&#039;s always a range of body types in his videos. I mean, I don&#039;t like the premise - weight loss and all - but I love that there are honest-to-goodness fat people in them.</description>

Also, he is really into exercising, but he doesn&#039;t have a gym bod. I always thought La Simmons was inspiring because his body basically says, &quot;fitness can look many different ways.&quot; And I know you love how he flirts with David Letterman as well. :)</description>
