I'm a fat 30something who is finally beginning to find peace with who I am. I honestly think that if I heard a speaker like you in my teens or 20s, it would have been life changing. In my life, not a single person told me it was ok to be fat. The students you just spoke with will not be able to say the same thing.

It's a good thing you've done.
